Providing Information

The policyholder is required to provide information: Policy details, the nature of the medical condition, the selected network hospital, and the expected date of admission.

Verification and Approval

The insurance company reviews the cashless request to verify its validity and ensure that the proposed treatment is covered under the policy.

Cashless Authorization Letter

If the request is approved, the insurance company issues a cashless authorization letter to the policyholder.

Presenting the Letter at the Hospital

The policyholder presents the cashless authorization letter to the hospital during the admission process.

Policyholder's Responsibility

While the policyholder does not have to pay, they are still responsible for any applicable co-payments, deductibles, or non-covered expenses as per the policy terms.

Monitoring the Claim
